CUP is not here on purpose. Copper Units of Pressure is not PSI in different units — it is a different measurement. CUP reads how far a copper cylinder crushes; PSI reads a piezoelectric transducer. SAAMI states the two cannot be converted, and the rules of thumb that circulate are cartridge-specific and disagree with one another. A factor in this box would have looked exactly as solid as the exact ones beside it.

Every factor above is exact by definition rather than rounded: a grain is 0.06479891 g, a foot is 0.3048 m, a pound-force is 4.4482216152605 N, and ft·lbf and PSI are derived from those. Nothing here is a measurement, so nothing here has a tolerance.
